Snow is potentially making its way to Metro Vancouver as the temperature drops off. That also means that flurries are headed for Whistler Blackcomb, making this week a great time to hit the slopes and enjoy the fresh powder— if only it weren’t so expensive to do so.
But for those 30-and-under, you’re in luck. Vail Resorts is offering some major discounts on its Epic Pass, which gets you access to 90+ resorts, unlimited access, and plenty of other perks.
Discounts at Whistler Blackcomb
The Epic Pass is Vail Resorts’ ultimate season’s pass. With the 2026/2027 season well underway, this would be the perfect time to grab one.
The pass gets you many perks. Among them are pass holder benefits like saving 20% on lodging, lessons, and rentals, as well as access to 90+ resorts worldwide. This includes B.C.’s legendary Whistler Blackcomb, every Metro Vancouver skier’s weekend dream.

Right now, the Epic Pass is on sale at the lowest price of the year. And new to 2026 is Vail Resorts’ Teen & Young Adult Pricing, giving you the chance to save 20% on a season’s pass!
Vail Resorts’ Pricing
Currently, adult passes (31+) are sitting at $1,089 before tax. But for teens (13-17) and young adults (18-30), it’ll only be $869, also before tax. This adds up to about $300 in savings, which is definitely nothing to scoff at when considering the cost of living throughout B.C.
These prices are targeted at Generation Z. A spokesperson for Vail Resorts said that Gen Z represents the future of the ski industry. “We want to make sure that they continue to have access to our mountains, and so this discount helps give them access to those mountains and the experiences.”
The cost of skiing can be expensive, and that means this discount allows the newest generation of young adults to enjoy a sport that they could have potentially been priced out of.
