The End Of Winter In March
The Farmer’s Almanac predicted B.C. to have a warmer-than-usual winter this year, and they certainly weren’t wrong. Certain regions like southern B.C. were also expected to have above-normal precipitation, as well as flurries. The coldest periods have since already passed in December, November, and February.

Moreover, Environment Canada meteorologists predicted southwestern B.C. to have a “near normal” winter this year.
Is Vancouver Getting Any Snow?
Quite possibly. First, Environment Canada’s forecast is calling for showers all throughout the weekend and next week.
But by Monday, temperatures are expected to drop to a low of 1°C and 0°C, bringing potential snow. The rain will continue from Friday to Tuesday, with the possible slushy streets being here on Tuesday night.
For now, Environment Canada notes that there is a chance of rain or snow on Monday and Tuesday night. That night will hit a low of 1°C.

Although, snow is more likely to occur at higher elevations. If you’re a skier or snowboarder, then this weekend and next week could be your time to hit the mountains.
