Foodie challenges are all the rage in Vancouver right now and The Beast at Cannibal Café is one of the best the city has to offer.
The punk-rock joint is the place to be. Their menu is full of greasy spoon eats including: burgers, mini hot dogs, crispy onion rings, wings, chili and potato skins.
It’s also home to The Beast, a legendary burger that will challenge you with every bite. The Beast features eight 6oz patties, eight double cheddar slices, eight double bacon strips and the usual burger toppings.

If you succeed in polishing off the feast within 30-minutes, the meal is free. You will also win a t-shirt, your photo on their Wall of Fame and bragging rights.
Because of its massive size, The Beast can’t be ordered during peak hours and you must contact the restaurant beforehand to make a reservation.
