Last month marked a milestone for hit superhero show Arrow as it shot its 150th episode in Vancouver.
The CW staple first premiered in October 2012 and has since spawned an entire universe dubbed Arrowverse. The spinoffs and crossovers include The Flash, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow and Supergirl – all of which also film locally. Arrow is currently in its 7th season.
The main character Green Arrow / Oliver Queen is played by Toronto’s own Stephen Amell who has come along way since one of his first gigs as “Doorman” on Degrassi: The Next Generation. Over the years he’s explored much of Vancouver in between takes.
