Snowfall warnings remain in effect across the lower mainland with winter weather holding its grip over the region.
According to Environment Canada, Metro Vancouver will receive an additional two to four centimetres of snow on Monday. Temperatures are expected to remain steady at zero before dropping to lows of minus 6 on Tuesday.

Meanwhile in the Fraser Valley, at least 10 centimetres is expected on top of the 80 centimetres that landed in Chilliwack since Friday.
The latest blanket of snow has led to school closures in Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Langley, Surrey, Pitt Meadows, and Maple Ridge.
With 12 centimetres of fresh snow on Friday at YVR airport, the previous record of 10.7 centimetres set in 1946 was officially broken.
The snowfall also broke records in Abbotsford with 20 centimetres on Saturday, topping the 1957 record of 7.6 centimetres.
