SFU students looking for an opportunity to show case their talent will have the chance to shine at SFU’s Got Talent 2013! All types of performing acts from singing, dancing, performing magic and more are invited to audition and compete for 1 of 5 cash prizes:
- 1st Place: $300
- 2nd Place: $200
- 3rd Place: $100
- 4th Place: $50
- 5th Place: $25
How it works:
- First round: Upload a video of your talent on YouTube and send the link to [email protected] before FRIDAY, OCTOBER 11TH, 2013. Your video will be reviewed by a panel of judges, who will then decide who moves onto the Finals.
- Finals for SFU’s Got Talent 2013 will be held on October 16th at 4pm in the newly renovated SFU Theatre on the Burnaby Campus. You will be asked to perform your act for both an audience and our judges, who will ultimately decide a winner. The show will be filmed.

Upload your video to www.youtube.com and send the link to [email protected]. Deadline for Video Submission is Friday October 11th, 2013.
Tickets for the show will cost only $5 which gets you a complimentary popcorn and beverage at the show, as well as your entrance to the after party, which will be hosted at the SFSS Highland Pub at SFU. Top finalists and some of the talents will also perform at the after party, followed by live music (DJ) and dance floor!
