We all know that pasta and parmesan goes hand-in-hand. Now imagine your delicious pasta being served right out of a giant wheel of parmesan cheese.

This is a unique culinary experience where the tableside dish is prepared right in front of you. Guests will get to see the cheese as it melts onto the freshly made pasta, and smell the rich flavours before even taking your first bite.

You can now try it for yourself at the beloved Vancouver Glowbal Group restaurant, Italian Kitchen located in downtown.

There is only one item on the menu that is served out of the giant parmesan cheese wheel, and it is called “Table Side Linguine Cacio e Pepe”. It is offered for lunch and dinner at the price of $48.

After being prepared in the cheese wheel, this mouthwatering pasta dish is topped with fresh Atlantic lobster, shaved white truffles, egg yolk and cracked pepper.

The dish was initially launched as a limited time offer. However, due to popular demand it has now become a permanent part of the menu.

If you aren’t drooling yet, take a look at how the pasta is prepared
