God’s Mountain Estate is 115-acres of majestic beauty. Its the perfect place for a retreat, with spectacular views of the lake, vineyards and the mountain.

Each room is bright, airy and cozy at the same time. With modern yet warm decor—you’ll feel right at home. Warning: You may actually never want to leave here.

With a private tub in front of a crackling open fire and a roofless room to stargaze—this truly is  an oasis.

It’s being described as having Greek vibes like Santorini but with some subtle undertones of the English country. The combination makes it unlike any other accommodation in BC.


Room rates range anywhere from $215 to $299 per night, depending on the suite. They have a regular room, lakeview, roofless and the penthouse.

It was originally built by an eccentric pioneer couple and their family who created a little slice of heaven.

The current owner accidentally came across this hidden gem back in 2003. Once they discovered it, they fell in love with the spacious property and ended up taking it over in 2005. The Mediterranean-style villa has the kind of charm you just wouldn’t expect to find here.

Penticton is a short road trip away from Vancouver, at a just under five hour drive.
