The Canadian Cultural Festival, presented by BCIT, is returning on Saturday, June 27, 2026 for its biggest year yet to the Nikkei National Museum & Cultural Centre. Transforming the space into a vibrant hub of celebration and community, this FREE all-day festival is a fantastic place for people of all ages to explore global cultures and embrace connection with one another.

Festival Highlights
Cultural Performances: An energetic lineup of live performances that celebrate over 12 cultures from across the globe. You’ll be able to watch traditional dance to contemporary fusion, all joined by a story of heritage and history.
Local Arts & Crafts Marketplace: For those of you who love finding treasure, the marketplace is where you’ll want to be. You can find over 55 Metro Vancouver makers with handmade goods, original artwork, jewelry, and handcrafted creations.
Global Food & Cultural Booths: This is a foodie’s playground, with flavours from across the world available at a number of different booths. Cultural exhibits and interactive experiences await you here, all showcasing Canada’s multicultural landscape.
Outdoor Wellness & Active Zone: Get your body moving at the Outdoor Wellness & Active Zone, where you can find mindfulness activities under the sun and holistic health vendors, as well as an interactive garden soccer challenge that is supporting FIFA Vancouver. It’s great fun for everyone of all ages and skill levels!
Job Fair & Growth Mindset Panel: Get connected with recruiters from leading organizations, and chat with HR professionals and growth mindset speakers. Learn all there is to know about building your career with purpose and carving yourself out as a leader into your professional journey.
Excitingly, there’s also prizes to be won at the Canadian Cultural Festival! All you need to do is visit 6 interactive stations across the festival to collect some stamps.
