An exciting new cinematic experience will completely transform the Cambie Bridge this Summer.
Uninterrupted blends together both cinematic storytelling and high-tech art installation.
As the sun goes down, images of Pacific Salmon migrating will be shown under the bridge’s surface. It will illustrate the salmon’s journey in a unique and beautiful way with the 25-minute spectacle of digital imagery.
The installation project is 3-years in the making, and marvelling at the cycle of nature is yet another way to celebrate Canada 150.
The show will kick off June 28th and go on until September 24th, Tuesday’s to Saturday’s.
Audiences of around 800 people can view the imagery from Coopers’ Park near the north end of the bridge. Spectators will witness the heart of the BC river in the heart of the city, while gaining an appreciation for nature’s beauty and resilience.
