On Wednesday, July 26th, Chipotle Mexican Grill is stepping in to help out thousands across BC affected by the wildfires.

All five metro Vancouver locations of the food chain will be donating 100 percent of fundraising efforts to the Canadian Red Cross.

You can find Chipotle locations in Burnaby, Surrey, Langley, West Vancouver, and downtown Vancouver.

Equally important, customers need to mention to the cashier that they want their meal to go toward the Red Cross of B.C. Wildfires. Failure to do so will result in your donation not going through.

The proceeds collected from the day will help buy a number of vital supplies for victims of the wildfires.

Cots and blankets, food, shelter, water, and financial assistance are all things desperately needed.

2017 Wildfire Season

So far, approximately 43,000 people have been forced to leave their homes.

As a result, this has forced newly appointed BC Premier John Horgan to extend the state of emergency for an additional two weeks.
