Cherry Blossoms Peak Bloom Set To Paint Queen Elizabeth Park Pink in April

Now that we’ve sprung forward with daylight savings—we are that much closer to the season of cherry blossoms.

The arrival of cherry blossoms in Vancouver is definitely the highlight of Spring. It gives both locals and tourists something to look forward to all year long.

In fact, it’s loved by so many, it even has its very own festival. According to the Vancouver Cherry Blossom Festival, the cherry blossoms in Queen Elizabeth Park are expected to be in peak blooming season starting April 20th and going on until May 1st, 2018. The website predicts when multiple areas across Metro Vancouver will be budding with the beautiful flowers.

The vibrant hue paints many of the city’s streets and parks pink, making it the ultimate backdrop for photos.
