With a physical geography of floodplains, hills and valleys, the Fraser Valley region is known for its fertile agricultural land and crops. It sits downstream of the Fraser Canyon and stretches alongside the Fraser River. It’s a tourist and activity hotspot for the Lower Mainland with skiing in the winter and rockclimbing or rafting in the summer.
