“Better safe than Surrey” and “The Future dies here” have been some popular slogans for the website SurreyShirts.com, and while Don Piticairn of the website claims the shirts send an anti-gang message, others don’t necessarily agree.
Some people may view the shirts as funny, others may just be offended. We know one things for sure, The City of Surrey is not happy at all with the websites shirts and hoodies and has sent a cease-and-desist letter to SurreyShirts.com, claiming their shirts mock the city.
Piticairn claims he’s proud of Surrey, but not so proud of the people getting shot on their streets. Regardless of what you think of the merchandise, the website claims that the shirts are sending an anti-gang message.
