The keys have officially been handed over, and a Metro Vancouver resident is about to start her new life in Langley. Tracy Jackson of Delta is the lucky winner of the 2025 PNE Prize Home Lottery, taking home a fully furnished dream house valued at $2.5 million.

After buying tickets for 20 years, Tracy finally struck gold. Before her win, she was renting a one-bedroom basement suite. Now, she’s planning to move into her new Langley home with her partner Frank Kiss and his brother.

“Just buy a ticket! I have been buying tickets for the PNE Prize Home for 20 years and I can’t believe I won,” Tracy said while touring the house for the first time.
The home itself is nothing short of spectacular. Built by Miracon Developments and designed by Brown & Co., the three-level residence spans more than 3,200 square feet. Inside, you’ll find 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a library, a whiskey tasting room, and a legal 2-bedroom basement suite that could generate rental income. It also comes decked out with Samsung smart home tech, a Husqvarna yard care package, and an EV charger in the two-car garage. The interiors were fully furnished by Yaletown Interiors.

“The PNE Prize Home is a cherished tradition, and presenting the keys to its new owner remains one of the most meaningful moments of the year for our organization,” said Shelley Frost, President and CEO of the PNE.
This year’s lottery was massive, with 539,350 tickets sold. Proceeds go toward non-profit programs supported by the PNE, including agriculture, community events, arts, and education initiatives.
And it wasn’t just Tracy who had her life changed. The 50/50 jackpot also found a winner, with Michael Phillips of Surrey walking away with an incredible $803,295.
