Get ready, hoops fans — the Vancouver Bandits are closing out their regular season with a massive bang. On Sunday, August 3rd, they’ll hit the court at Langley Events Centre for their final home game of the year, and it’s also Fan Appreciation Night.
This isn’t just your average game. Before tip-off, fans can hit up the Backyard BBQ Tailgate outside Gate 4 starting at 3PM, with $1 hot dawgs, live DJs, inflatable joust/warrior runs, a beer garden, and sign-making stations for the kids. It’s the full summer-vibes package, right before one of the most crucial matchups of the season.

The Bandits are facing the Winnipeg Sea Bears, who’ve already clinched a spot in the CEBL Championship Weekend as hosts. With playoff implications on the line for the Bandits, expect high-energy, no-holds-barred action from start to finish.
And halftime? That’s when things get wild. Tristan Jass, social media legend and trick-shot king, is back in the building to host a $10,000 Halfcourt Shootout. Four lucky fans will be picked to shoot it out at halfcourt — and the last shooter standing walks away with ten grand. Not bad for a Sunday night.

Coach Kyle has built a new roster this year, which includes Mike Nuga, who has 42 games of CEBL experience, and Canadian guard Shamar Givance. With a mixture of international and Metro Vancouver players, the Vancouver Bandits are sure to be a force to be reckoned with in the CEBL Championship.
