Halloween might be over, but there are still some Halloweeny things to do in and around Metro Vancouver for those of you who aren’t ready to save goodbye to it yet. For those who have moved on, there’s also a wide variety of non-Halloween things to do this week, too.

About: Who doesn’t like a nice light-art show? With 25 different art installations spread across 4 locations, there’s wide variety of bright art to see and take pictures with.

About: Due to how popular this event was in previous years, the event has expanded out of the garden and into the the rest of the park as well. Opening night will feature an activity zone, performers, and various food trucks.

About: From an old movie set and the ocean to a smoky dance hall or an arid desert, LUZIA cleverly brings to the stage multiple places, faces, and sounds of Mexico taken from both tradition and modernity. (This week, Cirque Du Soleil extended their stay until late late December!)

About: First established in 2014, this pop culture collectible convention has quickly become one of the largest such shows in Canada. It features a whopping 200 tables, as well as industry talent and raffles, so it’s sure to be a good time.

About: Vancouverites love their coffee. If that sounds like you, the Beanstock Coffee Festival might be up your alley. This two-day only event showcases 30 of the best independent roasters. There will be samples.

About: The New West Farmers Market’s first winter market is back this Saturday. Expect to see a wide variety of produce, plants, crafts, and live entertainment.

About: Potter’s House of Horrors is rolling out a new haunted house this Halloween season.
