6 weeks. 6 yoga teachers. A journey through the 7 main chakras.
Chakras are said to run along the spine, from the pelvic floor all the way to the crown of the head.
Over the next 6 weeks, our classes will be exploring the 7 main chakras, energy centers that regulate the whole mind-body-spirit system. Beginning the journey, we will start at the root chakra, each week moving up the spine and finally finishing our 6 weeks together at the crown of the head.

The Lila Yoga Collective
Lila Yoga Collective is a group of yoga teachers based in Vancouver offering accessible 75-minute vinyasa classes. Our name comes in honour of our teachers, Clara Roberts-Oss and Carolyn Anne Budgell, and our yoga school, Lila School of Vinyasa Yoga. In Sanskrit, the word ‘lila’ means play.
Vinyasa yoga is a style of yoga that moves through flowing sequences, with the focus of linking movement to breath. Lila Vinyasa incorporates music, breath work (pranayama), meditation, and challenging but accessible sequences of movement.
The classes will leave you grounded and inspired.
