Ahead of a new school year, Surrey just got a new rainbow crosswalk. This is now the second one of its kind in the city celebrating their local LGBTQ community.

The crosswalk is located at the Surrey Schools District Education Centre at at 14033 92 Avenue.

Surrey’s other permanent rainbow crosswalk is located at the intersection of Old Yale Road and University Drive, which is close to Holland Park.
Surrey joins Richmond, as well as Port Moody, as municipalities that have added new pride-themed crosswalks this year.
