Summer is here and so is our favourite dessert season: ice cream!
There is nothing quite like a sweet treat on a sunny summer day and Stuffies Pastries serves exactly that and more. A local favourite in North Vancouver (1571 Oxford St), the cafe serves a delectable array of baked goodies and desserts that really are almost too cute to eat.
Their popular vegan and non-dairy dessert is a mountain of a treat with creamy soft-serve and your favourite toppings all on a giant waffle cone adorably shaped like a fish. Try them in beary-berry and buttery caramel to hit that sweet spot. Make sure to grab one (or three) of their signature pastries with red velvet, and vanilla filling while you’re at it.
Looking for more of a savoury treat? You won’t be disappointed with their Cro-Tais. These buttery pastries with a croissant texture are stuffed with the filling of your choice: pizza, Thai chicken, cheese and egg, and more. Decided that you want another sweet treat after all? These Cro-Tais come in dessert flavours as well like Nutella and blueberry.
Stuffies Pastries is opening a second location at Guildford Mall at Surrey in the near future – check them out on Instagram for the latest news.
