Downtown Chilliwack, the city’s historic and business center, has recently undergone a magical transformation.
The city has been working hard at transforming District 1881 to be a more sustainable community space by adding stores, offices, and homes.

They also focused on preserving the facades of old buildings with historical significance and ensuring that new ones matched the existing style.
As you can see in the video, they have done a remarkable job in achieving this, as downtown now gives the feeling of strolling through the streets of Disney or a charming European town.
