Let’s get something straight. Cars on meant to stay on the road and pedestrians on the sidewalk. Dashcam footage uploaded to Facebook shows two pedestrians walking on the road against oncoming traffic.
This incident took place this past Saturday on Bridgeport Road in Richmond.
Two people are clearly seen walking on the road and only get off to the side when a car approaches them.
It was also raining at the time, which makes a situation like this even more dangerous for both drivers and pedestrians.
