Calling all lovers of brunch! Birds & The Beets has an exciting new concept in the works: Hunnybee Bruncheonette.
The new all-day brunch cafe is opening this Summer in Chinatown. It will be a small counter-service eatery that makes and bakes everything from scratch, in-house.
While not a lot of information is available on their menu yet, it will likely include the most local and freshest ingredients possible.
Birds & The Beets is known for their plant-based eats so the new venture will likely follow in their footsteps, just in brunch form.

Gastown’s Birds & The Beets has just a few breakfast items on their menu now, with an Avocado & Slow Poached Egg Brioche Sandwich and a Rolled Oat & Chia Bircher Muesli.
They’re starting to hire a team for Hunnybee Bruncheonette, which is opening late August.
