You’ll want to look up for this one.
A massive bright orange harvest moon will illuminate Metro Vancouver skies on Monday, September 24th, 2018.
This harvest moon marks the beginning of fall and looks extraordinarily large because of its proximity to the horizon.

The best spots to view the harvest moon would be a park or another spot outside of the city area such as Porteau Cove. It’s important to ensure that there’s enough darkness to see the full display.
The overall display is an enchanting experience that’ll have you walk away with plenty of amazing photos. Here’s images from last year’s appearance over Vancouver.
On a related note, Richmond is celebrating the arrival of fall with a free Harvest Full Moon Festival on Saturday, September 22nd, 2018. There will be a number of activities, including a lantern procession at Minoru Park.
