Gram Cafe, a popular Japanese destination for premium pancakes is on its way to Metro Vancouver, with not one, and not two, but three locations.
This has been in the works for a while so we’re sure the wait will be over soon. So far, two locations have been confirmed for Vancouver, as well as one in Richmond.
Anyone who has tried them knows that the fluffy and super-soft three stack pancakes are to die for.
Menu details for the Canadian locations haven’t been released yet but if they’re anything like their counterparts in Asia—we’re in for quite the treat.
They have an array of sweet and savoury pancake flavours, including: classic, caramelized banana, tiramisu, coconut custard, bacon & scrambled eggs, and chili beans.
There’s a very good chance that Gram Cafe makes it onto Vancouver foodies’ list of top places to get pancakes. (Newly opened Fufu Pancake Cafe might, too.)
