Fufu Pancake Cafe is celebrating their grand opening this weekend in a big way: with free food.
Vancouver’s first all-souffle pancake eatery is opening their doors at 1266 West Broadway on Saturday, September 7th. And to mark the special occasion they are giving out a free order of their classic souffle pancake to the first 50 customers.
Other customers will still get a deal though; receiving 50% off the classic souffle pancakes. They’ll only be serving their signature flavour during opening day—but come back on another day to sample a wide variety of flavours.

Their signature offering comes topped with butter, maple syrup, and icing sugar. Similarly, you can also opt for their mascarpone, sea salt, and whipped cream topping.
Other flavour combinations you can try after opening day are the Tapioca Peal Milk Tea and the highly anticipated Matcha Mochi.
The Japanese-style pancakes are thicker and fluffier than usual pancakes—imagine a puffy cloud of pancake goodness. Step inside this modern 1,040-square-foot space and make sure to bring your appetite.
Besides pancakes, they will have a variety of tea lattes, cheese foam fruit tea and eventually; bubble tea. Check them out!
