Vancouver Pride Parade
Vancouver’s Pride Parade will take place on Sunday, August 2, 2026.
The parade is expected to host over 100,000 attendees, as well as offering 4 accessible viewing zones. Local community groups, non-profit organizations, and businesses will all be showing their support for Vancouver’s vibrant 2SLGBTQIA+ community.

Participants are also encouraged to don on bright costumes and carry rainbow flags, symbolizing unity. Spectators are also welcome to dress-up and cheer on the floats as they pass by.
There will be music and dance performances on the floats, and marching bands. The lively beats and heartfelt songs creates a vibrant atmosphere and reflects the love, resilience, and empowerment, which are integral to Pride celebrations.

The parade also educates and raises awareness. Stalls along the route provide information and resources for attendees to learn and support the 2SLGBTQAI+ community.

Map and Route

This year’s parade starts at Pacific Blvd, near BC Place, and travels to Howe Street and Pacific Blvd.
“To experience the full parade, find a spot anywhere along the route between those points. The parade ends at Howe Street, so there won’t be any parade activity beyond that location. Be sure to arrive early and get comfortable a few blocks before the end of the route for the best viewing experience!” writes the Vancouver Pride website.
