Best Sushi in Downtown Vancouver
Shizen Ya is located at 985 Hornby Street. Their creative rolls include the sakura blossom roll, dragon magic roll, and natural bomber roll. All the vegetables they use are organic, and there are also many gluten free and vegetarian options.
Miku Restaurant is located at 70-200 Granville Street, beside Canada Place along the waterfront. Their menu consists of a huge variety of seafood, sushi rolls, sashimi and salads. Miku Restaurant is Vancouver’s first Ocean Wise Japanese Restaurant.
Kaide Sushi Bar is located at 1375 Richards Street. Their menu consists of inside out rolls, nigiri sushi, as well as vegetarian options. They use only the freshest local ingredients, and all their dishes are prepared by hand.
Shu Raku Sake Bar & Bistro is located at 833 Granville Street. Their signature rolls include a real crab California roll, enchanted forest roll, and snow spider roll. They also serve five kinds of sashimi, BBQ pork back ribs, and hitsumabushi, which is a bowl of rice topped with fresh water eel.
Kamei Royale is located at 211-1030 West Georgia Street. Their sushi boats are available with an assortment of sushi rolls, tempura, and salads. Karaoke starts after 9:30pm, and is free as long as you order some food to munch on while waiting for your turn.
