A man was caught on video furiously kicking the front door of a TransLink bus in Burnaby, Tuesday afternoon.
The incident occurred aboard the 123 New Westminster bus, around Canada Way and Hardwick Street.
In the video, posted to Facebook by Neczavee Jane Guidoriagao, the man is shown furiously kicking the front door twice, with his hands on the guardrails to help generate power.

This incident comes as the union representing Metro Vancouver bus drivers delivered its 72-hour job action notice on Monday evening. If an agreement is not reached by midnight Thursday, bus drivers are expected to take job action that will affect transit, in one way or another.
Some of the issues holding up the labour dispute include overcrowding on buses due to a lack of bus drivers, wages, and work conditions such as sufficient time to rest and recover between trips.
