Even in the rain, the Halloween Parade and Expo was an animated dream.
Cosplay, anime and everything in between came out to play this past weekend along the streets of Vancouver.
All of the superheroes in the 604 spoke to the Storm Gods to ensure that the not-so-typical Halloween festivities and parade would surely be a hit – and it looked like a blast from the photos below that were captured at the event.
