Dix Vancouver
Dix is Gastown’s newest restaurant that is actually priced reasonably. Described as “crafted like a chef’s spot, priced like your favourite dive,” Dix is focused on low costs and delicious food, as well as an amazing dining experience. Notably, the restaurant is also plant-based, catering to those with specialized diets.
The menu is packed with a wide selection of options like their Tuscan Rigatoni, Teriyaki Chick’n Bagel, and Chick’n Quesadilla. Many of their mains are also able to be made gluten-free for just $3, making it even easier for people with dietary restrictions to enjoy good food.

Thirsty? No problem. Dix’s cocktails are just $10, as well. And if you’re looking for a shot, it’s 2 for $10. You can get creative creations like the Tokyo Rose, which is a gin, lychee, rose-based double cocktail. There’s also the Bunny Hops, a beer and aperitivo-based house-made cocktail; and the Gastown Fog, made with vodka and amaretto.
