Vancouver sees plenty of visitors every year, but having stardom in the city is a whole other deal. One Vancouver restaurant just got a major VIP guest sitting in one of their seats– Priyanka Chopra.
PRIYANKA CHOPRA IN VANCOUVER
Chopra was recently spotted dining at one of Vancouver’s favourite restaurants: Sula. Sula, which is an award-winning Indian restaurant that, has a number of locations across the city. There’s one on Commercial Drive, and another on Main Street, but the one Chopra was at was the Davie Street spot.

Sula posted on Instagram the day she visited. The caption read, “Thank you, @priyankachopra, for joining us at Sula Davie Street! It was an honour to share our food and hospitality with you.”
You might be asking yourself why Chopra is currently in town. Well, that’s a question with a simple answer: she’s married to Nick Jonas. Nick Jonas, who is one brother of the legendary Disney trio the Jonas Brothers, is in Vancouver to film the highly-anticipated third installment of Camp Rock, which features the Jonas Brothers in its main cast.
Although Chopra isn’t confirmed to be on either the cast or crew for Camp Rock 3, it is very possible she’s simply in Vancouver to support her husband.
SULA
As for Sula, the restaurant is well-loved in the city and is renowned for its amazing food and hospitality. They first got their start in 2010 on Commercial Drive, although they quickly gained acclaim over the years. Since then, they’ve spread across the city with further locations.

Since Camp Rock 3’s production is underway, Vancouverites can keep their eyes peeled for further sightings of Chopra and Jonas. Just yesterday, the couple was also seen dining at one of Vancouver’s most acclaimed restaurants.
