Is it the end of an era for this downtown Vancouver retail mall? The International Village mall (aka Tinseltown) is now up for sale.
Located at 88 W Pender Street, the property is now on the market as a package deal with Vancouver’s Paris Square and Henderson Place Mall in Coquitlam.
The properties are being marketed by CBRE as the Henderson Retail Portfolio.
As of right now, an asking price has not been disclosed.
“These diverse retail centres are all prominently located on transit in high-density neighbourhoods within downtown Vancouver and Coquitlam, B.C.” reads CBRE’s website.
They “offer investors opportunities to dramatically increase value through redevelopment and repositioning strategies”.
