Led by kitchen manager Randy Spark, the agency has been hard at work to prepare 2,500 lb. of turkey, 800 lb. of stuffing, and 800 lb. of vegetables that will be divided up to create 3,000 meals.
Curious what nearly 2500lbs of turkey looks like? This isn’t even 1/2. Are you joining us on Monday to #ShareThanksgiving in MetroVan? pic.twitter.com/DxHyjmhagy

The meals will be served in Downtown Vancouver’s Eastside from 10:30 am through 4:30 pm on Monday with a team of volunteers including Mayor Gregor Robertson.
There will also be ice-cream for dessert.
