Surrey Teacher Wins Over $90,235 On Jeopardy In Three-Day Streak

“You would think that because a great deal of our material on Jeopardy is about the United States, a player from Canada, a foreigner, Ali Hasan, would be at a disadvantage. But to yesterday, he was the only one who came up with the correct response in final jeopardy,” joked host Alex Trebec.

Meet Ali Hasan, a high school teacher from British Columbia, who has won about $67,801 USD (90,235 CAD) in his first three days on the game show Jeopardy.
