Remember the wildfire smoke in Vancouver last year? I’m sure many of you do and how lucky we are to have avoided it completely this summer.
At point one last year, the air quality in Metro Vancouver was worse than New Delhi and Beijing. Specifically, parts of Metro Vancouver had air quality equivalent to smoking 8 cigarettes a day.
Fast forward to today and no such problems exist.
There’s no wildfire smoke covering the city and the air quality is excellent.

While we did have a recent streak of hot weather ahead of the Labour Day long weekend, the forecast has also included some rain to help with the dry conditions outside.
