The laidback pub in Kits serves up a mean Caesar. Their El Caesar is the “Wild West,” in a glass. Sip on the concoction of Vodka, Clamato juice, Mexican hot sauce, other spices and then topped off with a pepperoni stick for an extra snack. Give it a try at 2210 Cornwall Avenue.

Chewies Steam & Oyster Bar

The popular seafood joint has a delicious Caesar on their menu that you must try. The Chewies Caesar is made with New Amsterdam Vodka, homemade hot sauce, fresh horseradish, Worcestershire, Clamato and garnished with a Cajun prawn. They have locations in Kits (2201 West 1st Avenue) and Coal Harbour (110 – 1055 West Hastings Street).

The Score on Davie

The giant of all Caesars. The Score on Davie offers crazy Caesars, with a variety of food items served on top. We’re not talking about a celery stick either. The $60 Checkmate Caesar has roasted chicken, a Score burger, a pulled pork sriracha glazed slider, onion rings, chicken wings, a pulled pork mac & cheese hotdog and a brownie. They also have smaller Caesars served with a ham and egg breakfast sandwich or one with grilled cheese, onion rings and a deep fried pickle. The Caesar madness doesn’t end there–they have plenty more combinations to get your spicy fix. Located at 1262 Davie Street.

Café Medina

One of Vancouver’s brunch gems also serves up a yummy Caesar that will have you coming back for more. The ‘Moroccan Maria’ is made with Tequila, fresh tomato juice, celery bitters, lime juice, house spice mix, pickles, smoked salt, paprika and sumac rim. Check it out at 780 Richards Street.

Tap & Barrel

Try their signature Caesar, which is made up of Vodka, hot sauce, two rivers pepperoni sticks, Clamato juice, and pepperoncini. They have locations in Olympic Village (1 Athletes Way), North Vancouver (8 Lonsdale Avenue) and Coal Harbour (76-1055 Canada Place).

The Fish Shack

The Glowbal Group restaurant has a fleet of Caesars to offer. They include: Dill Pickle Caesar, Gin Cucumber Caesar, Bourbon Caesar, Stanley Park Caesar, Jalapeno Caesar and The Fish Shack’s Own Caesar (stolichnaya, horseradish, celery, cajun salt rim, prawn skewer, shucked oyster). They’re located at 1026 Granville Street.
