M8 is new on the scene, after opening their doors just a few weeks ago. With a creative menu and prime location along Vancouver’s seawall—this will likely become a popular spot to dine.
You can grab brunch, lunch or dinner at this spot with an ever-changing seasonal menu to mix things up a bit.
For Summer, their brunch menu includes an Organic Farm Green Salad with roasted squash, two duck eggs and a seaweed dressing. Dig into their Brunch Plate with fennel sausage, braised pork belly, two sunny-side up eggs and avocado.

Stop by for lunch to enjoy a meal of Crunchy Chicken Skin (served with house-made chili sauce) or Boneless Lamb Ribs (with mint and eggplant).
For dinner you can start off with Beef Cheeks (with peanuts and slaw) or a Warm Kale Salad with mushrooms and burnt lemon aioli. They also have a massive charcuterie platter with all the meats and cheeses your heart desires. Their mains include: Squab, Halibut, Striploin and Duck.
