Snow enthusiasts might want to get an early start purchasing passes this year.

Not only has Environment Canada called for a long and early ski season, but Grouse Mountain just announced that they are currently selling passes for 40 percent off of the regular price.

Grouse Mountain was recently sold to foreign investors after being owned by the same family for decades; however, the new owners plan to keep the resort running much the same.

After receiving an early blanket of snow this month, they announced that they will have an Early Bird snow pass available for those looking to enjoy the season.
