We all scream for ice cream! California ice cream company Halo Top will be holding a drive-thru pop-up event at 688 Cambie Street in Vancouver on Friday, May 17th, 2019.
At this event, they’ll be giving out 5,000 FREE pints of ice cream from 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
