While there are many festive things to do around the holiday season, there’s nothing quite as magical as seeing tiny reindeer.
Indeed, these petitie creatures optimize the Christmas spirit, and they are always up for a snuggle at this adorable farm just south of the border.
Leavenworth Reindeer Farm is located in the Bavarian Village of Leavenworth, which is a popular attraction in Washington state the whole year round. Leavenworth is mountain-walled town that looks like it belongs in Switzerland more than the USA. Indeed, the picturesque little village is a favourite place to celebrate Maifest, Oktoberfest and Christmas.

While the reindeers are the main attraction, adults and children are offered the opportunity to feed the free-range chickens, take a photo on Santa’s Sleigh or climb on the fully restored vintage tractor. What’s more, admission to this fun place is only $10.
The farm is about a four hour drive from Vancouver, and is just east of Seattle. It makes an ideal getaway for families, groups, or couples that are looking to get in the holiday spirit!
