You will initially need to book a flight to San Diego, but one way tickets in the spring are extremely inexpensive if you plan in advance. They should not cost more than $150 – $200 CAD with taxes and fees. In addition, if you plan on visiting Los Angeles, a ticket from there will cost even less.
