Canuck The Crow Gets Mail Delivery Cancelled To Vancouver Homes After Attack

Canuck The Crow

Canuck the crow strikes again.

Vancouver’s most famous crow Canuck is in the news once again. This time, his attack to a Vancouver mail carrier has caused Canada Post to postpone mail delivery to three addresses in East Vancouver.

Canuck is no stranger to the spotlight, after riding the SkyTrain to Metrotown and taking a knife from a crime scene, in the past.

The crow bit a mail carrier repeatedly and Canada Post reacted by temporarily suspending delivery to those residences until it is safe to do so.

Vancouverite Shawn Bergman considers the crow to be his ‘best friend’ and even manages a Facebook account with updates called ‘Canuck and I.’

He recently took to Facebook to provide Canuck’s 57,000+ fans an update about the recent situation:

Canuck can be identified by a red tag on his left foot.

He has also just recently recovered from being hit by a man with a pole in March. Canuck had to spend days recovering at the Vancouver Night Owl Bird Hospital.
