The Vancouver branch of the BC Liquor Distribution Branch is being relocated to Delta.
There are two Liquor Distributor Branches located in British Columbia, one currently in Vancouver, and one in Kamloops. They’re one of two branches of government that are responsible for the alcohol industry in BC.

They buy liquor from manufacturers, and then re-sale and supply it to wholesalers and retailers across the province. Over 10,000 businesses around BC rely on the LDB to buy and distribute their products.
Liquor Distribution Branch
The Vancouver LDB has signed a 10 year lease for the space in Delta on 7003 72nd Street, which will be double the current facility on Rupert Street at 400,000 feet.
The branch, which will be called the Delta Distribution Centre, is supposed to start operating this coming summer, with construction currently being underway.
The LBD is also currently on the hunt for a side branch that could be potentially used to distribute recreational marijuana. It’ll be a wholesale distributor of cannabis, to both private and public retailers across the province.
