Haisan
Located on the corner of Commercial Drive and East 13th Avenue, Haisan is bringing a fancy new experience to Vancouver that captures the spirit of Chinese heritage and Pacific Northwest culture in a series of amazing dishes. The concept is spearheaded by Macau-born chef Steven Che, who you may also recognize from Vancouver’s Just Pizza.
The restaurant’s name comes from the Cantonese words for ocean (æµ·) and mountain (å±±), focusing on how Haisan’s approach to its menu is a blend of shared, local identity.
