To hone that enhancement, Pavilion is expanding with two new locations this year. Currently, Pavilion has two spaces in Mount Pleasant. Happily, the co-working offices opened in 2020 to wonderful success, thus their expansion is no surprise.
Their third location is set to open Summer 2025 at 900-564 Beatty St. With 5,500 square footage and 18 private offices, 16 desks and two meeting rooms, Pavilion Stadium Beatty is more than just an office. It’s a place to foster all those ideas of yours and your colleagues that are just waiting to come to fruition.
Fall 2025 will mark the opening of Pavilion’s fourth location, Pavilion Courthouse 6 Avenue. The space will be opening in downtown Calgary, located at 800-550 6th Avenue Southwest.
A CELEBRATORY PROMOTION
To celebrate the expansions, Pavilion will be relaunching their residency program. A select number of promising startups and scale-ups will be offered a free office space.

From July to October 2025, three free offices located at Pavilion Stadium Beatty will be available for this residency program. Additionally, there will be eight free offices at Pavilion Courthouse 6 Avenue during Fall 2025. And to sweeten this even more, they are also further offering marketing support for these businesses!
If you’re interested in applying, Pavilion Stadium Beatty’s applications are open until May 15. As well as this, Pavilion Courthouse 6 Avenue is open until July 31.
