All of Yunqueen’s broths are cooked fresh daily, simmered each morning to assure that everything is as satisfying as can be. A good broth is a balm for the soul and body, and Yunqueen knows that well with their three distinct types.
- Golden Guoqiao Broth – aromatic and savory.
- Beef Bone Broth – full-bodied, rich yet clear, and made with Alberta beef bones.
- Chicken & Pork Broth – delicate and lighter, and a little sweeter.

If it all sounds so delicious that you can’t decide on one single thing, then why not try Yunqueen’s signature dish? The Golden Broth Guoqiao Rice Noodles combine a 13-step broth and those perfect noodles in a 200°C stone bowl. This makes sure that the dish stays nice and hot until you’re finished.

The main feature of their winter menu is the Small Pot Rice Noodle, a Yunnan classic. With a bone-and-soy jiang broth, this fully-customizable dish is built around a menu that’s perfect for customers to fill out. You can choose your spice level, noodle options, and 16 toppings to select from!
Yunqueen will also be introducing some seasonal appetizers and small dishes, including a Seasonal Dian-Style Salad and a Yunnan-style Liang-ji Chilled Chicken, a chicken salad tossed with bean sprouts, peanuts, and a housemade sauce.
