Need a little afternoon pick-me-up? Vikram Vij has got you covered. The celebrity chef and restaurant owner is serving a selection of Indian-style treats as part of a pop-up series in Coal Harbour.
Vij’s pop-up serves a Cold Chai, GLD and a delicious Mango Kulfi dessert. What’s more, it features a selection of culinary products from his own line, including: Butter Chicken Meatballs, Chicken Curry, Punjabi Daal and Coconut Ginger Green Beans.
The renowned chef is best known for bringing his Indian flavours and influences to Vancouver’s popular Vij’s Restaurant. Now, with four restaurants, a food truck, a product line and multiple TV appearances—he shows no signs of slowing down.

Vij’s pop-up will only be around now until August 30th. It’s part of the Pop-Up Summer Series at the West Plaza of the Shaw Tower. Other vendors in the coming weeks will include: Ride Cycle Club, Dipped Donuts, Melanie Auld Jewelry and SoulCycle.
