
This past Saturday, we experienced a zombie apocalypse in the 604.
Well, not actually, but you may have noticed some creepy monsters slowly limping the streets near the Art Gallery, Robson and Denman Street, or English Bay.
That’s because the annual Vancouver Zombie Walk 2016 came to town.
And while some intricate costumes and painted faces truly did make us question whether a zombie outbreak had hit Vancouver, other costumes missed the mark.
We decided to capture both in photo form:

We’re pretty sure he’s a real zombie.

We’re not overly sure what he is.

I’m just going to go cry myself to sleep…

Never mind. She’s like the funny cartoon show you watch after a horror movie to make you less scared. Mission accomplished.

Without the signs, they just look like they’ve had food poisoning.

Now, those are some enthusiastic zombies!

Seriously, this guy is too good.

I always wondered if zombies wore slippers.

She must be part of the AVATAR Cirque du Soleil.
