According to Environment Canada, snowfall will be limited to 2 to 4 centimeters near the water before changing to rain.
Higher elevations could see up to 20 centimeters throughout the day.
The Fraser Valley is expected to receive 10 to 20 centimeters of snow before changing to rain by night.
